Note: Desktop shipping services are only available to MSU employees completing departmental shipments.

As a result of our contract with UPS, savings—which vary based on service type, weight, and zip code—are significant for many MSU customers. Features of the UPS ShipExec system include:

  • Improved user interface and the ability to create address books
  • Better auditing capability
  • 90-day retention of shipment records
  • Ability to dispute service errors
  • No need to attach receipts in KFS

All UPS ShipExec payments must be made using MSU account numbers—PCards are not accepted.

Register for UPS ShipExec

You must register to become a user on the ShipExec website, using registration key 88a7a460-232a-4ebd-a52f-e34e111b7e67. Follow our tutorial.

Important: Shipping at a UPS Hub

If shipping at a UPS hub, the sender must include the following MSU billing details in the reference field: 

  • MSU department
  • Account number
  • Sender's name
  • Phone number
